We ask everyone who signs up for their date of birth. Children under 13 can only use TorahWiz in one of two ways: with the approval of a parent or guardian, given by email, or through an account their school creates for classroom use, where the school provides consent on the parents' behalf for educational purposes only.

When a child under 13 signs up on their own, we collect only what we need to ask for consent (the child's name and email, and a parent's email) and lock the account until a parent approves. If a parent declines, we delete their email address and the account stays locked. For children's accounts we collect only what is needed to run TorahWiz: their name, email address, and the messages they send, which are shared with our AI provider solely to generate responses. We never show ads to children or sell their information.

A parent can review their child's information, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@torahwiz.com. For school accounts, contact your school or write to us directly.
