Quick answers to common questions.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term commitments.
TorahWiz is built for Torah: sourced answers, learning plans, calendar, voice, classrooms, and a community—not a one-size-fits-all chatbot that was not designed for halacha-heavy study or Jewish workflow.
No. It is not psak halacha and not a substitute for a rabbi. For real-life halachic or religious decisions, always ask your local Orthodox rabbi.
Priority support gets faster responses (usually within 24 hours). Dedicated support includes direct access to our team with same-day responses and personal assistance.
Ultra members can join a class with an invite code. Creating and managing a classroom (facilitator tools, dashboard, announcements) requires Educator or School. Learners in a private cohort usually need their own Ultra so they get a full Wiz P learning plan; School plans can cover students and staff under a custom agreement.
Our Basic plan is completely free with 5 daily messages. This gives you a great taste of TorahWiz before upgrading!
